I have ordered with this company twice, and both occasions have left me disappointed! Both orders were football shirts, the first one they sent despite it being 'cancelled' and the company acknowledging this, which caused inconvenience with emails/phone and payments and deliveries/returns etc. They also took quite a long time replying to my emails. I got a full refund (eventually!) but it was still stressful and disappointing considering the size of the company.

The second time they sent my shirt with the name & number printing 'slanted' on the back, which looked as though it had been printed by an infant. This again left me disappointed and dissatisfied. I am still awaiting contact from the company as to whether I will get a full refund or a replacement.

Personally, from my two experiences, these are enough to lose faith in a company. Once is bad enough, nevermind twice. So to avoid any more inconvenience, I don't think I'll be shopping here in the future. It's a shame because the company has good items.


(Kitbag also run 'United Direct' for Manchester United; I didn't expect such poor service from a company which runs the online store for one of the biggest football teams in the world!)
