I ordered a shirt from Kitbag. Several

I ordered a shirt from Kitbag. Several days later I was sent email explaining that my payment details and been lost and I would be rung by them to retake the payment details. I did not receive a call back so I rang them. I replaced the order and gave them my payment details again. Two days later I received another email saying that the item I ordered was in fact out of stock.
