Kitbag

I ordered a rugby top several days

I ordered a rugby top several days before christmas wich I required before New Year's Eve. The item was listed as in stock, the delivery method as first class and my card was charged immediately. I was promised twice that the order would arrive before New Year's Eve but when it did not I phoned their premium rate customer help line and was told that the item had not even been dispatched! No apology or refund was offered and the staff were rude and unhelpful. In short - STAY AWAY!
