I also purchased a canon EOS 5d from their site to collect in store ( Leicester branch). I was horrified to see that the camera they had boxed up for em was smothered in fingerprints and the battery too was inside it's compartment. They argued and were totally convinced they were selling me a brand new camera, and the kicker came when there was already a 128 mb flash card in the memory slot..so they lied to me and then told me that they are out of stock,and as means of compensation they were willing to give me 5% off a memory card. I refunded my sale online and will never ever go to Jessops where I pay over the odds for effectivley second hand goods.
