Purchased a numerous amount of cameras.

Purchased a numerous amount of cameras. Thought I had paid by credit card, NO, has to be paid on collecion.
Tried to resolve by speaking to Customer Liason. Sent all round the houses to arrive back at Reception, Finally spoke to someone in Customer Liason to try and resolve the problem and was spoken to by an extremely arrogant lady, at approx 14.40hrs,so I got nowhere. OK so she couldn't help me but there was no need for her arrogance.
