    6 months ago I bought a camera from Jessops and I had all kind of troubles with it. The camera came with a manufacturing fault and they keep it in repair for last 3 months and every time they call and say it is repaired it is coming with a new and worst fault. They refuse to refund or change the camera.

    Purchased a numerous amount of cameras. Thought I had paid by credit card, NO, has to be paid on collecion.
    Tried to resolve by speaking to Customer Liason. Sent all round the houses to arrive back at Reception, Finally spoke to someone in Customer Liason to try and resolve the problem and was spoken to by an extremely arrogant lady, at approx 14.40hrs,so I got nowhere.
