I bought a Fujitsu Siemans laptop from Jessops Edinburgh on 18/03/2006. The laptop never functioned properly from purchase. Jessops would not deal with it, and referred me to Fujitsu Siemans for servicing 3/2007. I also purchased a canon EOS 5d from their site to collect in store ( Leicester branch). I was horrified to see that the camera they had boxed up for em was smothered in fingerprints and the battery too was inside it's compartment. Early July I reserved to buy a dslr body and a lens from jessops website (Nikon D300 & 18-200mm DX lens) I chose collect from store option and as it was in stock decided to collect from the jessops at canary wharf London.

I would never buy anything from Jessops again!

6 months ago I bought a camera from Jessops and I had all kind of troubles with it. The camera came with a manufacturing fault and they keep it in repair for last 3 months and every time they call and say it is repaired it is coming with a new and worst fault. Purchased a numerous amount of cameras. Thought I had paid by credit card, NO, has to be paid on collecion.
Tried to resolve by speaking to Customer Liason. Sent all round the houses to arrive back at Reception, Finally spoke to someone in Customer Liason to try and resolve the problem and was spoken to by an extremely arrogant lady, at approx 14.40hrs,so I got nowhere. I purchased a Panasonic FZ18 on 26th October which arrived within two days.Once the battery was charged I found that there was a fault with the electronic viewfinder and lcd screen. I ordered a Fuji F31FD today from Jessops online shop after being told it was 'in stock for home delivery' and went ahead and placed the order.

The confirmation e-mail also showed that it was in stock.

Later that day, I checked the online status only to see that the camera had been placed on back-order!
