I placed an order at 1.15pm for

I placed an order at 1.15pm for guaranteed next day delivery, well before the 2pm deadline. I also had an online conversation stating that the order was urgent. It didn't get despatched until the next day, meaning I won't get it in time. And because they've sent it to my home address (they wouldn't send it to my work address) and I won't be home to sign for it, I'll have to wait another 2 days before I can get it. All they did was apologise and refund the postage. No attempt was made to help out by getting it redirected. They just didn't want to know. Just feeble excuses about being busy. This is the first and last time I'll be using this company. Definitely no recommendations.
