Each product I have required needed to

Each product I have required needed to be ordered as it was found to be not in stock. Most recently my 9 month old Noklia N73 developed two severe faults and was sent for repair by Carphonewarehouse, but returned 2 weeks later with worse problems than it was returned with. Customer service was poor, and very much a shrug of the shoulders "these things happen", a reconditioned phone is being ordered for me in exchange of the faulty phone: very much an attitude of the customer comes second, and the attitude that the custemer should just swallow this and wait, again and again.
