Problems since Carphone Warehouse took

Problems since Carphone Warehouse took over AOL. First the Nationwide Building Society nonsense - both parties blaming one another for loss of internet banking facilities - and now the fiasco of the current changeover. I have wasted some 12 hours on trying out their experimental solutions.
The Carphone Warehouse leaflet says it's simple, but their staff can't sort it out: five different opinions from their staff on how to overcome the problems, failure to call back at a specific time as promised as my partner's business is in danger of failing due to their apparent incompetence in their jobs. Many criticised the original AOL system but they always sorted any problem promptly. AVOID!
