Carphone Warehouse

Ordered phone online, delivered as

Ordered phone online, delivered as promised, was unhappy with phone did not realise it was so basic. Returned to store, but sat for one hour while they tried to do a transaction to exchange for a different phone. It is very difficult to return a phone to the store if you purchased it online, so beware! I would buy from store again, but not online as they make it rather diffcult for you to return or get a refund.
