Do not use Dabs unless you want to be treated to some of the worst customer service that can ever be experienced. After charging me five pounds for delivery and then losing it in the post they say that its not their problem, I shoudl take it up with Royal Mail.

I have used Dabs loads of times because they are the cheapest for most things. I have never had the need to return an item. i think the other people who wrote reviews were just unlucky. The reason why the items are so cheap is because Dabs does not have sufficient customer services and you should take this in mind when you order. Had used them on numerous occasions in the past and not had a problem - until I needed to return things. The first one due to inaccurate description on their site, the second due to blank discs that seemed to be defective or substandard quality and thirdly tried to return an item under the 7 day consumer distant selling act.

Ordered a 37" LCD TV for £1350. DABS sent the wrong model (cheaper model). DABS operate a no-speaking policy -the only way to communicate is via email to anonymous groups of people who take 1 day to respond. Dabs is great if your purchase

Dabs is great if your purchase doesn't go wrong, but don't even bother trying to return anything. We bought a Sony Bean and after a month it was broken, we returned it and 9 weeks later we still hadn't hear anything.
There's no phone number to call so you have to keep mailing but you wont get a responce. Only once we'd contracted our credit card dealer and they did some pushing... Read Full Review »
