    Had memory of dabs,com as a reputable company in days of buying PC bits. Big mistake! They hide behind no phone, tortuous e-mail contact and unlawful company policy.
    They took money and delivered quickly as any market trader, and maybe you can get a good deal if all goes well. But after sales is lousy...

    The service has not improved much over the years with very poor delivery and customer service. It appears that they hide behind the "no telephone" contact. After their courier failed to make any attempt to deliver my package in 3 days and was about to send it back I ended up driving over 100 miles to collect it from the couriers depot.     Supremely bad service. Typical example. Dabs sent us a faulty hard drive. We returned it the next day. They sent it back saying they could not accept it as the box was damaged. There was a slight depression (1cm) on one of the corners of the EXTERIOR packing box; the original box was untouched inside a cocoon of bubble wrap. We were stuck with a faulty product. Even finding a phone number on the entire website to actually speak to someone was fruitless, and to compound the problem, they don't reply to emails. As no one would be at the delivery address I cancelled the order immediately afterwards. A few days later I had a card through the door saying that a delivery had been attempted!     Having ordered several small items through their Web Sites, from DVD's to small devices for PC's et al, I have always had excellent delivery speed and decent functional working products. Perhaps if I had a disaster like some of the other reviews I've read I would feel differently but at such excellent costs I am happy to forego their customer service and run the risk.

Amtrak don't give a stuff whether you get the goods or not. the deliver once, try again the next day then hide behind an automated phone systems and insist you go and pick the goods up !
