I was always weary of Dabs because of the bad reviews but thought it must have been the odd unlucky person. BEWARE - these people were not wrong - if you have a problem with anything - their Customer Service is crap. DABS refuse to talk to anyone by

DABS refuse to talk to anyone by telephone. I moved house and changed my address on their website before placing a laptop order in January 2007. The 'next day despatch' didn't go for 10 days, then when it was shipped I found out they used my old address. Although this store is entirely reputable, it represents everything bad about online shops. Whether or not an order goes smoothly seems to be luck of the draw. But when things do go wrong, trying to get any help from DABS is totally impossible. It is as if the company is just one giant computer program. I have had some things OK from Dabs but when it goes wrong it really is the worst customer support; poor comms, web forms that take forever to fill in and ages to get the problem sorted out. Dabs have to sort themselves out on this, I've stopped using them. Read Full Review »

Not recommended.

Customer service is the worst I've experienced from any company.

No telephone contact, emails do not get read properly, and they take days to respond.

Delivery company they use is unreliable.

I have received the most terrible customer service I can imagine from dabs. I paid for Saturday delivery, and the delivery never showed up because dabs didn't tell the delivery company it was a Saturday delivery. The items still haven't turned up over a week later, and I can't get hold of anyone - dabs or the delivery company.

I ordered a few small items from Dabs an whilst their prices are good beware if you ever have to send anything back. A problem with compatability led me to try and send a 6 port hub back but I should have saved my time and put it straight on ebay! After several rude emails from them I gave up.
