The item ordered never arrived. Customer service was terrible i sent many emails to them as they have no phone contact details and got few replies. When they did reply I only recieved a refund on the product and not the delivery costs. NEVER USE A COMPANY THAT CAN"T BE CONTACTED VIA A PHONE. Read Full Review »

I will not use DABS again. I ordered a laptop for next day delivery. needless to say it did not arrive next day. 5 days on and still no laptop. reading the abundant bad web reviews and media about DABS i'm understandably pessimistic about the situation. If you're lucky enough to a) receive your goods b) the ones you ordered c) in working order, then you might be ok.

I have just had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with DABS so called customer service, which is basically a 'Computer Say's No' type numpty who knows how to use MSN messenger and that's it.
