    Never never again, Dabs are more than

    Never never again, Dabs are more than happy taking your money but try returning faulty goods. I have found their customer extremely poor; i just couldn't believe such a company could offer such a poor service. There is absolutely no number to ring, emails are not replied.

    I definitely wouldn't use them again.

    I am currently having problems with dabs.com.
    I don't normally write reviews but felt I had to, to warn people of the very poor customer service. If anybody has any advice on what to do in this situation I would appreciate it.

    I never did receive my order, even thou they took the money and had real problems trying to get my money back. The customer is always wrong and they do not want to waste their time sorting out their problems.

    I ordered a monitor from Dabs which arrived more or less on time. The "only" problem was no leads so I couldn't use it. I got bounced backwards and forwards between the manufacturer and Dabs for more than a month before I gave up and bought a set of leads adding more than 10% to the cost.     I have just purchased a 19" monitor from Dabs, and found them very helpful. Although you have to confirm certain security issues in an e-mail, I can understand why, due to credit card fraud, and that the Police no longer wish to deal with this.     Shopping at Dabs.com is an absolute nightmare. They perform unnecessary security checks on you and their online customer services bullshit is pathetic and negligible. They send the same automated repsonses to any email that you send them and the online chat representative is so unhelpful and the only response you will ever get is that the query is dealt by another department.     I cannot beleive all the bad reviews for dabs! I have been using dabs regularly since 1999 and they have never once dissapointed me. I am an I.T manager and I use them for work as well, and although it is fair to say you get better customer service if you are a business customer (what do you expect) they are usually so good that you never need to speak to anyone!
