I had heard good things about DABS so i thought i would give them a try big big big mistake you try get anything done if something goes wrong, gave me a rma returns number no probs promised to pick up goods still waiting having to take 2 days off work and still no joy and forget about emailing them they just blank you but yes they keep your money a complete waste of time. Don't order from this company as they have no telephone support and the live chat just fob you off, emails take days to answer, i ordered a Samsung pebble monitor and received the the rubbish 226, its been a week trying to get this sent back and with only 9 days till Christmas im not getting it for a present now, worst company ive ever dealt... This is the worst experience I have EVER had of an online store!

Firstly I ordered a hard drive and received an email asking for my credit card details which I had already supplied. Needless to say I didn't give them and advised that in the email. So they cancelled the order!

ordering item and selecting item is very easy but the after sales service is rubbish as the company does not have a phone number for contact. item i ordered was paid for with next day delivery, it did not turn up and when some enqs were made it was apperantly delivered to somewhere other than the delivery address. when speaking to Dabs they did not seen bothered about keeping the customer happy an... We too are experiencing problems with Dabs, their "chat tool" is a bit of a joke. Is it really a human being on the other end? We have emailed them several times also and just get the usual automated replies. Our order was apparently dispatched 13 days ago. Safe to say we will not be buying from them again. Dabs has tried to bill me for 2 purchases on my card, which I did not make. I managed to stop one credit card transaction, but the other was made whilst I was on holiday and goods which I did not order were delivered. Dabs has not replied to my email about this. I found out today that they are owned by BT !!
I Bought a DGM 3203 32" LCD TV from them for cash (debit not credit card).
Within 2 hrs of delivery I had set the TV up & been through all the set up menus to try to improve the default sound and video settings. I soon realised that the TV did not meet the requirements I had expected. The sound and picture were not up ... Read Full Review »
