I work for BT - and even I can't get

I work for BT - and even I can't get these useless beggars to reply. So my utterly useless new phone that they were so quick to take the money for doesn't work. I can't send it back without some damn returns number which I cannot get as they don't answer the phone and don't reply to emails. A truly terrible service. The worst I have ever experienced. Of course, they've still got my money though.
