    Should be done under the trade descriptions act for stating they have a Customer Service dept as its none existant. Been without a fridge freezer for nearly two weeks now due to two of their engineers failing to correct the fault, and its only 1 year old!!!     Web site was easy to use and prices seemed competitive. I could order and choose delivery date easily, unlike other sites where the delivery date waould only be revealed after several steps. Comet offered delivery dates much faster than other suppliers, which was important as old machine was broken. They took away the old appliance within delivery cost.
