I gave 5 stars for ease of ordering because they are very swift in taking your money - Just avoid dealing with problems. Having used Interflora online before I was very disappointed when things went wrong on my Mother's Day delivery. It was not dispatched, and the order was lost. The fun and games starts when you try to contact customer services. After 2 emails and giving well over 24hrs for them to reply I opted to phone. Be prepared to get very angry and annoyed with their phone options and continually being put on hold!!. It is a premium rate number with 4 options. If you get through to customer services your a lucky person. After 2 hours trying I decided to dig my heels in I chose option 2 'To make a new order' option on their line and demanded that they put me directly through to customer services - they will say they can't and ask for your details which they will pass on -don't do this they won't!! Persist as they CAN put you through. Demand to speak to their line manager, complain a bit and they can put you directly through to customer services. When I did get through they obviously realised I was a 'complainer' and dealt with the problem in under 5 mins!! I got money back on the delivery, a new order was sent (as my mum missed out on her gift/ otherwise I would have demanded a total refund! which they will give) plus they threw in some complementary chocolates. Who said complaining doesnt get you anywhere, even if it doesnt its always nice to vent your anger when customer service is this poor. If you have a problem I would persist, but I definantly will not be using Interflora again.
