I ordered some flowers 12.02.07 for

I ordered some flowers 12.02.07 for Valentines Day. None were delivered. There were no replies to emails asking for an explanation and the customer services number was continually engaged. The only answer I could get was to the phone number for new orders - they can't deal with customer complaints. A totally useless company - take your business elsewhere!!
