I ordered flowers for my sister- in-laws

I ordered flowers for my sister- in-laws 50th birthday just last month, in the first instance I had made a 'slight' error in her address and corrected it the very next day when I received an email saying they could not find the person nor that address. I instantly sent them the corrected address and it took the over a week for INTERFLORA to deliver the flowers. I phoned them sometimes twice daily and emailed them too and their response was they were looking into the matter. Eventually the day before she recieved the flowers INTERFLORA apologised and one of their employees said INTERFLORA would send a complimentory box of chocolates for their late deliver which I accepted.. as I had no choice - they had already taken money out of my account two days after making the order!
I asked my sister in law to contact me and email me the image once she received the flowers and the 'so called box of chocolates'.
I was disgusted what I had ordered over the web and what she had received. I paid a lot of money for those flowers and thier delivery from UK to the States not only were they over a week late, they gave her a 'bar of chocolate' worth a lousy near enough $1. or a £1 as a complimentory apology - Pathetic!
SO INTERFLORA I WILL NOT BE USING YOUR SUBSTANDARD FLOWER DELIVERY SERVICE AND MAKE SURE ANYONE I KNOW THINKING OF USING YOU - DON'T EITHER!!!
