The website is fine, making it easy for

The website is fine, making it easy for them to take your money, but it is almost impossible to get a response when the delivery fails to materialise on the due date. The customer service lines are constantly engaged (with other disgruntled customers perhaps?) and they don't even bother to respond to emailed customer service enquiries. My advice? Go elsewhere.
