This is the third time Interflora have

This is the third time Interflora have disappointed and I for one will not be using them again.
They fail to realise that sending flowers is not something that people do every day and that when they do not meet their obligations it will mar someones birthday/anniversary/special occasion. Due to the nature of their business you would think they would take extra care to ensure they are of the highest quality - but they do not.
The most recent delivery was more leaves then flowers , the flowers were brown as were most of the leaves.
I emailed (and sent digital pics of the flowers) and called Interflora the day the flowers arrived - I gave up on the first day after repeatedly calling for over an hour as it would disconnect after 20mins in a queue. Over the following week I kept trying but had no response. I ended up calling their head office and had to argue with the receptionist to get through to someone else as all she wanted to do was put me through to the 'Customer Services' line.
I would recommend that if anyone else has problems to contact their head office on this number - Interflora House, Watergate, Sleaford, NG34 7TB

It wont guarantee to solve your problems but at least you might actually get as far as speaking to someone about it.


Personally I am going for the 100% guarantee of no further problems with Interflora.....never ever putting my money their way again!
