I ordered a Large expensive bouquet, however a much cheaper substitute was delivered and the flowers were way past their best. I also wanted a particular colour and there wasnt one flower that colour in the small bouquet. Avoid at all cost. Read Full Review »

The website is fine, making it easy for them to take your money, but it is almost impossible to get a response when the delivery fails to materialise on the due date. The customer service lines are constantly engaged (with other disgruntled customers perhaps?) and they don't even bother to respond to emailed customer service enquiries. My advice? Go elsewhere. This is the third time Interflora have disappointed and I for one will not be using them again.
They fail to realise that sending flowers is not something that people do every day and that when they do not meet their obligations it will mar someones birthday/anniversary/special occasion. I ordered some flowers 12.02.07 for Valentines Day. None were delivered. There were no replies to emails asking for an explanation and the customer services number was continually engaged. I ordered Valentines Day flowers one

I ordered Valentines Day flowers one week in advance online from Interflora's website. Nothing was delivered and no one called.

"Helpline" was engaged all day and not possible to leave messages.

I recently ordered an arrangement in a Premiun way.
They delivered something similar but lacking at least 30% of the flowers shown in Internet. So far...I've been getting emails on and on saying they will solve the problem.....................it is evident they won't.....My advise. www.virtualflowers.com won't disappoint you as interflora will. I ordered flowers for my sister- in-laws 50th birthday just last month, in the first instance I had made a 'slight' error in her address and corrected it the very next day when I received an email saying they could not find the person nor that address.
