Very straightforward order of one bra - Figleaves sent wrong size. I returned it, re-specified what I wanted. They sent the wrong colour. Very irritating, because returning their errors to them may be free, but it involves me spending a long time unnecessarily queueing at the post office to get a proof of postage.

Figleaves has the be the most definitive selection of lingerie on the web, although they seem to have a slightly limited range of sizes compared to some other places like Bravissimo, especially during (extended) sale periods. Very poor - sent off my order, and paid

Very poor - sent off my order, and paid extra for a gift box. When the order arrived the most expensive item was missing. I then contacted figleaves to complain, and they replied that all the items had been shipped.
