Prices and offers are great. However

Prices and offers are great. However what's the point if the customer service seems non-existant.

-Sometimes the packages are not factory sealed (one of the reasons I buy online).

-It takes them too long to deliver especially games (good waiting time is 3-5 days).

-There's no e-mail address and no-one seems to be at the call centre.

Ordered a DVD as a Xmas present on 12th

Ordered a DVD as a Xmas present on 12th December which was marked as In Stock and would be delivered with 24 hours. However it's now the 20th December........and still no DVD! I wouldn't order anything from this site again.
Easily the worse Customer Service out of all the On Line Shops (when you can actually get through to them!) I ordered something that looked too good to be true and it obviously was!!! I waited three weeks for delivery and during that time not once did I recieved any recognition or idea of when I would receive my goods, I ended up buying it from ... Read Full Review »

I use HMV for CDs I can't get in

I use HMV for CDs I can't get in store. Mainly Elektra record label CDs, and other 60's music. The only slight downside is that the assistants tend to be a little too quick, and don't always take the time when the order is being placed.

The HMV website makes it easy to search and order products but all of this is pointless when the products you order don't show up anywhere near the time promised, or sometimes don't show up at all. Initially looked good at 3-5 days availability when sold out everywhere else but then the nightmare began. Customer service had no idea when I would get product after waiting for 30 minutes to be connecetd in first place!!! HMV have become very competitive lately, they are obviously trying to keep up with Amazon.

The delivery is free and it takes a couple of days, much like the free delivery from Amazon.

It's worth doing a search on google for HMV discount codes as I found one which took another 15% off my order, which made their price unbeatable! Read Full Review »

The customer service is apalling I Pre-ordered an nintendo wii they promised all of there customers this console but they did not have any and they are still continuing to try to sell something that they do not have.
