Received Casino Royale DVD in a broken

Received Casino Royale DVD in a broken jewel case (clearly not damaged during delivery judging by condition of box) and the disc itself was faulty. The returns procedure took over 3 weeks before i received a replacement item. There was no indication at any time what the status of the returned item was, or if i was actually getting a replacement.

Orderd CD from HMV as they said it would

Orderd CD from HMV as they said it would be "dispatched in 24hrs" and at a good price. After a week I hadn't received the CD & heard no news, so I logged in to find that the CD was out of stock and on order. The worst thing is that when I looked on their site again they still said "usually dispatched in 24 hrs" a complete LIE.

I purchased a PSP game that was on offer at the online store in Mid December 2006 as a Christmas present. When it had not arrived by the 20th I contacted them to be told it was out of stock; very frustrating as any other site I have used identifies goods are not in stock on the select goods page prior to purchase. I ordered a CD by the group Thunder, which HMV said they had in stock for £8.99. I placed my order then waited and waited and waited. Order tracking stating that they were waiting for more stock from their suppliers. Sick of waiting (over a month) I cancelled my order. the price is wrong, I really wanted this boxset and when I went to order it was not £17.99 but £49.99
I usually buy lots through HMV.co.uk too, so I was a little disappointed.

Just to warn others...

I usually order stuff from Play.com, but this Christmas, HMV were much cheaper for one item. So, I ordered it on 15th December and it stated "Will be shipped before Christmas".

It is now 2nd January, and it has still not arrived.

I have emailed, and received no reply.
