First (and last) time user. Despite the product I ordered being displayed as "usually dispatched in 1-3 days" it's still "on order with the supplier" a week later, according to the order status. Interestingly, the product is STILL showing as dispacthed in 1-3 days which is clearly untrue and which means either their stocking system is useless and the site basically doesn't know what they have available for dispatch OR they're lying about their SLAs so make their supply chain leaner at the cost of the customer's convenience. Either way it's a poor show.

Also, I emailed helpdesk 3 days ago for an update and still no reply so their customer service sucks too.

I get the impression that the site has been rehashed to compete with the play.coms etc with some genuinely low prices, but without any of the "customer first" ethos that they employ. Won't be going back.
