Received Casino Royale DVD in a broken

Received Casino Royale DVD in a broken jewel case (clearly not damaged during delivery judging by condition of box) and the disc itself was faulty. The returns procedure took over 3 weeks before i received a replacement item. There was no indication at any time what the status of the returned item was, or if i was actually getting a replacement.

Also, I ordered House series 2 for under a tenner, with it shown as "in stock" on the product page. Only, when i checked my order status, it said the stock had run out and it was on order from supplier. Now the order has been cancelled by HMV because the special offer stock has run out, even though the other offers in the same sale are still running. They now have the stock back in, but at £50, even though i placed the order well before the offers ran out.

Definitely would not recommend this store. Mostly the prices are more expensive than other retailers anyway.
