placed an order on 1st January 2007 for an MP3 player. Still awaiting its arrival. Not until I rang them ( no information about my order on the net!)was I informed the item I had ordered was out of stock.Why did the the website not tell me the item was not available when I placed the order? The customer service dept. don't seem interested. Absolute garbage.Avoid!
