Orderd CD from HMV as they said it would

Orderd CD from HMV as they said it would be "dispatched in 24hrs" and at a good price. After a week I hadn't received the CD & heard no news, so I logged in to find that the CD was out of stock and on order. The worst thing is that when I looked on their site again they still said "usually dispatched in 24 hrs" a complete LIE.

They had made no attempt to contact me about the delay (other online retailers do) and were unable to give me any idea when delilvery would be. By the time they offerd to cancel the order it had been dispatched (after 10 days, not 1). Unimpressed.
