Prices and offers are great. However

Prices and offers are great. However what's the point if the customer service seems non-existant.

-Sometimes the packages are not factory sealed (one of the reasons I buy online).

-It takes them too long to deliver especially games (good waiting time is 3-5 days).

-There's no e-mail address and no-one seems to be at the call centre.

-I followed the instructions for a refund or exchange (I asked for a exchange cos some of my orders were in pre-owned condition and not factory sealed). I still waiting and it's been 3 weeks.

-They sent me a replacement for one of the DVDs but its not factory sealed and I've been charged for it, it's like I paid 2 for 1.
