Ordered a DVD as a Xmas present on 12th

Ordered a DVD as a Xmas present on 12th December which was marked as In Stock and would be delivered with 24 hours. However it's now the 20th December........and still no DVD! To make matters worse, according to their website my DVD is "on special order from their suppliers". Come on HMV, it's either "in stock" or it isn't!!! Make your mind up! Compared to Amazon, Play, CD-Wow, etc... their service is really poor.
Tried ringing customer service and was on hold for 15 minutes so I gave up. Disgraceful.

I also recently ordered a CD from them and it took 5 weeks to arrive!! And yes, you guessed it....it said it was "In Stock" when I ordered it!

My advice to anyone reading this would be to steer clear of HMV. Their service sucks. Stick with Amazon or Play or CD-Wow.
