HMV

The HMV website makes it easy to search

The HMV website makes it easy to search and order products but all of this is pointless when the products you order don't show up anywhere near the time promised, or sometimes don't show up at all. Admittedly I have only used them at christmas so they're likely to be busy but im sure it would have occured to them to account for this. I thought shopping online at HMV would take stress out of christmas but it is has left me with no presents with not long left to go. Next time I shall buy elsewhere and pay the extra for a product to ensure it actually arrives.
