Initially looked good at 3-5 days

Initially looked good at 3-5 days availability when sold out everywhere else but then the nightmare began. Customer service had no idea when I would get product after waiting for 30 minutes to be connecetd in first place!!! Few calls later and numerous promises and still no product just a load of excuses always followed by you can always cancel. Exactly what I did in the end and bought in high street. Amazon are light years ahead and will ever buy from HMV again
