The customer service is apalling I

The customer service is apalling I Pre-ordered an nintendo wii they promised all of there customers this console but they did not have any and they are still continuing to try to sell something that they do not have. Like Game and Amazon they sould back off and say say that they do not have this item and I will give them 1% out of a 100%
