I buy classical CD's online, and HMV

I buy classical CD's online, and HMV give the worst service I have come across. On the plus side, their prices are very competitive, so I suppose you get what you pay for, because unless the availability is shown as 'usually despatched within 24 hours', you will probably be waiting weeks for delivery. I have just cancelled three orders which showed as 'available within 3-5 days' because after 3 weeks they still hadn't been able to supply them. It is actually quicker to order from some American suppliers and have them sent by Airmail- and as cheap!
