HMV

HMV's prices are some of the best on

HMV's prices are some of the best on the net and their sales are normally quite good.

However, their customer service is appalling. Twice in one week I have had to send CD's back because they sent the wrong ones out. Both were new releases that were released on Monday, however I did not receive these until Thursday. Now I've sent the CD's back I have not received any word from HMV that they have received them or what will happen next. No decent returns service seems to be in place.

I have sent them 2 emails and have so far, after 4 days, have not received any reply. Meanwhile, a CD that was released almost 2 weeks ago, I still have not got. Overall, a very poor service for such a big high street name
