terrible company! I placed an order on

terrible company! I placed an order on Thursday October 12th, just after 8 in the morning, paid £5 extra for Royal Mail faster delivery, because of the implication of it being next day. Still not arrived on Friday at 3pm, so I emailed company. As of this moment, Monday 16th October 6.45 pm still no birthday present, which was today, still no reply to emails. Rubbish service and rubbish customer care!
