I waited for a full week for the delivery of an Apire noteboot which I needed urgently for my Open University studies but instead of the delivery an email had been sent after one week telling me that the order had been cancelled. Ordered TFT monitor sunday, got an email monday to say it had been despatched and delivery company tried to deliver wednesday. Excellent!

Note though: you need to have someone in weekdays to sign for delivery as saturday delivery is very expensive - I had to collect it from the delivery depot as I'm out at work weekdays - a 60 mile round trip. Ouch! Read Full Review »

Ordered the laptop with standard 2-3 day delivery on a wednesday just before 5pm. Thursday at 3:30pm still no order confirmation, i sent them an email asking if they had received my order. 30 minutes later a confirmation email was sent and laptop arrived via next day delivery on the friday. this is a terrible merchant! i ordered a laptop one day. The second day i received an email stating that my order has been cancelled. Simply that. With no reasons explained. I replied and was asked to resubmit the order. It turns out they has withdrawn the offer!!

Be warned we have had the same experience as the user below.

Recieved our laptop today only to find it had several faults on it making it totally unusable. Called the help line only to be told we would have to contact the manufactor and they basically didn't want anything to do with it.
