We ordered a Sony laptop UX1 on Sunday

We ordered a Sony laptop UX1 on Sunday night via the website and found the site very easy to use and had all the info I needed to make the purchase.

After the order was placed I received an email confirmation and all going smooth until I found out I couldnt stay at home on Tuesday so I had to call the customer service line and arrange a new delivery date for Thursday. The call was answered in 3 rings and without any fuss they rearranged my delivery.

On wednesday I had an email to confirm my order had been shipped for delivery thursday.

The delivery arrived on time on thursday as agreed and the laptop was in a sealed box all in pristine condition.

Well done Technoworld.com !!
