Ordered 3 Thinkpads late Thursday,

Ordered 3 Thinkpads late Thursday, certainly not the cheapest but sales passed me through to dispatch who confirmed they could load van and make next day delivery. So happy to pay premium. Very impressed at this point. Friday: no delivery. Supplier unable to contact courier. Supplier/Courier not available at weekend. Mon: only 2 laptops delivered. Supplier contacts courier who insists 3 laptops where delivered, even when asked to recheck. Retrieve security video from reception showing courier arriving with 2 laptops. Driver still adamant 3 laptops delivered, right up until when email still shot from video. Supplier finally agrees to ship a replacement and it arrives 12 days later than first order. Can't even say saved money on the deal :-( Have now been invoiced for four laptops including 2-3 day delivery charge. No compensation, no replies. Also noticed that original order was direct-shipped from distributor after their order cutoff ... so no chance of making original next day delivery. Easily the worst company I've dealt with.
