If you aren't a business you cant

If you aren't a business you cant get it sent to another delivery address - nice to know this before parting with £700+!!

They texted me to say 'call us, there's a problem' - they had my number, why couldnt they call me?! They had no problem calling me half an hour later to try to sell me something else. Why couldnt they do that earlier when it was urgent and the order was being held up?!

They whined for a landline number but I gave them my mobile number and told them that was the only number to call. I found the 3 peoople I dealt with rude.

Technoworld FOUND OUT THE NUMBER FOR THE ADDRESS WHERE IT WAS GOING TO BE DELIVERED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. THEY CALLED MY ELDERLY PARENTS AND ASKED THEM LOTS OF QUESTIONS! HOW RUDE. Especially as I hadnt mentioned the delivery to them yet, Technoworld right dropped me in it!!

I wish I hadnt bought from them. They were the best price by £20, but I would rather have paid more to have it delivered to the correct address and not had my privacy invaded. I'm annoyed I gave this company my custom.
