I ordered a laptop on a bank holiday. On

I ordered a laptop on a bank holiday. On the same day, as my payment was not accepted I called the customer care line. After waiting for quarter of an hour I was asked to leave a message saying that I would be called back in 15 mins. The call back did not come even after 15 hours. The next working day I call the sales team and after speaking to a representative I was told that someone would call me back to take the order. When after 8 hours no one called me I called them back. This time another representative says that the item is out of stock. Even at this point it says that the laptop I tried to order is available (I just checked the website). Impressed? Well, I'm not.
