I purchased a USB hard drive which

I purchased a USB hard drive which failed after 2 days. Tried to contact Technoworld. Closed Saturday and nobody to take my call on Monday. emails ignored. Tried to access Technoworld's website. Down. I was prepared to accept a replacement unit until told I would have to return the goods at my own expense. This was AFTER I'd been told the goods would be collected.I requested a refund which was agreed then refused & then agreed again. I requested & got email confirmation of this. Returned the goods & heard nothing for several days. I emailed & was told no refund. Next stop county court. Technoworld tells you what you want to hear. Don't make the mistake of believing them.
