After looking on Kelkoo for the best

After looking on Kelkoo for the best deal on a Sony Vaio laptop i decided to purchase from Technoworld, this was two weeks ago and i have still not received the product which has been paid for already.

Everything started off well, the day after I ordered someone from Technoworld called to confirm all my details, it seemed that I was dealing with a friendly small business.

On the first occasion the delivery company lost the package, fair enough, these things do happen but delays in the second package being sent out are inexcusable.

Customer service is awful, i have been told several times that i would be given a call back to update me on my order, this never happened, the money that i have saved on the cheap laptop has been spent making numerous calls to the company and also taking days off work for the FOUR different delivery dates that have been given to me.

If patience and serenity are character traits you admire in yourself DO NOT shop with Technoworld.
