My first purchase from Technoworld and was increasingly impressed with the way my order was dealt with. We ordered a Sony laptop UX1 on Sunday night via the website and found the site very easy to use and had all the info I needed to make the purchase.

The website is excellent, easy to navigate and pretty much free of the extra charges most sites seem to add between checkout and ordering.

I ordered my Acer laptop on Wednesday at 4pm. I did not initially recieve e-mail notification so rang. The very helpful customer service lady confirmed my purchase and confirmed the mail would arrive (it did).

Called the sales dept to book for a saturday delivery, informed them that I desperately need the laptop before 1400 hrs, they took my details down and promised to check with their customer care dept and call me back to confirm it it will be possible, was called back and assured a Sat delivery before 1400 hrs at no further charges ! I ordered from them back in 2004, lost the details afterwards and then came across them through a friend again after three years. The website needs some improvement at at times it can be slight be heavy but customer care and the sales people make up for it and will highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a good deal !
