Although they offer a very wide range of products, I was very disappointed with WildDay's customer service post-order.
I placed an online order for a Cadac Safari BBQ as a Christmas present for my husband with plenty of time for Christmas delivery. As it was a Christmas present I rang the customer service helpline number to confirm that the item would definitely be delivered in time for Christmas and was given a guarantee that it would.
By 18th December I had not heard anything so I called their helpline again to be told that their computer was down and they could not give me any update on my order. I called again twice on 19th December to be told again that their computer was still down.
When I called again on 20th December I was told that they could no longer guarantee delivery in time for Christmas. I immediately cancelled my order.
Obviously if I had been advised of this fact earlier I could have made alternative arrangements and found another supplier in time for Christmas.
Now I am too late to do that so my husband doesn't have a Christmas present.
Very very disappointed - don't use them.
