Bought a great Dare2be Ski Jacket. Found the site easy to navigate and the ordering process was quick. The jacket was better than expected and has already come in handy with the recent bad weather! My order was delivered on time and I was informed of the progress of the order and the time of despatch. I will definately be using the site again, and will recommend to my friends. Called WildDay to check if desired tent was available. The girl who answered said it was not in stock but would still be delivered within 7 days. I wasn't 100% sure about taking the risk but went ahead and placed the order via Internet at midday on Friday 8-Sept and the tent arrived in perfect condition on Tuesday 12-Sep. Absolutly shocking customer services. Ordered a bundle to be told several days that part of it was out of stock. They were unwilling to refund me the full price for the item. So I cancelled the entire order. It took them 3 weeks to but the cash back on my card. It seems they had forgot to process my refund. Awful... Read Full Review »
