GO Outdoors

GO Outdoors is a small company that set out on a big adventure more than 40 years ago. Sheffield's 'Camping & Caravanning Centre' first opened its doors in 1969, and soon became known simply as 'CCC' to locals. CCC quickly earned a strong reputation for excellent customer service and became a landmark within Yorkshire's outdoor community.

    Goods were quickly despatched and were as described online. A little bit annoying when other items I would have ordered said that they were not available for home delivery and only for collection only. We live in central Scotland and are not near any of the outlets at all otherwise I would have bought considerably more. Read Full Review »

    The items I ordered were out of stock, but Go Outdoors did not contact me to tell me this. In the end I rang them and they told me their system had failed and they were unable to let customers know that items were out of stock. I would not order online from them again. Read Full Review »

    Ordered a few small items of fishing

    Ordered a few small items of fishing tackle from GoOutdoors.
    Two of the items were not as described on their web site i.e. 2 floats were only 66% of the size stated, and as such were totally unsuitable for my requirements.

    I e-mailed GoOutdoors immediately to inform them and ask for details on how to return the items. That was over one week ago and I still have not received any response.
